I am taking a diet pill called Lipodrene every other day or so. I have a prescription for Lorazepam/ Ativan 0.5. I was wondering if it is dangerous or deadly to take both pills the same day. I'm just not sure if it will have a harmful interaction.

It certainly isnt good for your heart and blood pressure.

Here is a better question... why dont you lose weight the right way? By actually eating right and excercising, instead of taking a pill that will let you ballon back up after you quit. Also taking those pills wont give you all the effects of being healthy, just the look.

With all the problems we've been having with products from China lately, I can't say that I would take any pills from there. Also, 500 calories is probably not enough to keep your blood sugar at the correct level. Make sure you're eating very small amounts very frequently. Even something like some lettuce with a few grapes or orange sections would help with the dizziness. You might need to increase your total caloric intake at least slightly. Try 550 or 600 calories and see if that helps. Don't sacrifice your health in the attempt to lose weight.

Yes because it will deafeat the purpose of the ativan, it's like taking uppers, and downers, as known double breasted, or and old name T"s, and Blues. Ask your DR. when he plans to stop the Ativan, because it can have horrible side affects, that may last for years!

Ask the doctor that gave you the prescription or a pharmacist.
