last night , while waiting a few hours in the waiting room of a hospital as my mum was being attended to ....
I realised that I was all alone there , which for A&E is pretty strange
then in comes a lady and sits next to me , reading a book that I had read
so we started to talk
she was a Seik (sp? ) and we spent almost 2 hours discussing religion and life and love and peace
and all that good stuff
she was like a Seik pangel lol
my two hours in a waiting room , turned into a beautiful educational discussion with someone I connected with right away

have you had experiences like this ?
do you think people come into our lives for a reason ?
what are your thoughts please ?

Like it or not, however unlikely a coincidence may seem, your suggested alternative (that some intangible, imperceptible force willfully caused it to happen) is exponentionally MORE unlikely. So, the only logical step is to go with the most likely explanation, in the absence of evidence to the contrary.

yeah I actually do. I think we meet people who shape us as humans and people even if it's just by a hello or a short chat.. or even a long relationship.

I was on a bus and happened to sit next to a girl who was into journaling and we were able to click and just talk. I still talk to her when I needed a friend most.

I met my boyfriend at a party. I was worried about college and he came up to me and took a chance and asked me for a walk. I didn't know him at all during the time. His sister was actually at the same small private college I was going to. And he visited me near November while at college driving 2 hours every week to see me. and two hours back. He became my best friend and lover.

Funny how we find people in weird ways and connections.

Have had a similar experience - was in hospital and felt really drained of it all - went to the cafe for a coffee - it was very quiet - then suddenly an elderly gent came and sat with me there were loads of seats elsewhere!!! He just smiled at me and asked how I was - we sat there for an hour and I tld him why I was in hospital etc etc - he just listened.... When he left he said - just keep positive. Very bizarre but a very comforting feeling. I am not saying he was there for a reason but it made me think and realise that there are people out there who are nice... he cheered me up that day.... has stuck in my mind ever since.....

i do think people come into our lives for a reason, whether they know it or not. We each effect others greatly with our actions, and even the nice smaller things we do can set off a chain of goodness through a person/s' life.

I know throughout my life the people I have met have changed and helped me, and I really appreciate it. I know even I have helped a lot of people, because so many come to talk to me for good advice.

One instance I had was I was walking in the parking lot with my friend, and I wasn't paying attention. My friend then suddenly grabs my backpack JUST as a speeding car passes by (it was inches from my face). I know if she wasn't there I would have been hit, and I am very grateful for her. I think I have more to do with my life and more people to influence, that it wasnt my time to go and that she was there at the rigth moment.

I do have self belief human beings come again into our existence for a reason. I had an situation with a pal and it regarded as if we completely disagreed and can want to by no ability talk again. inspite of the indisputable fact that, some months in the past she emailed me again to work out how i replaced into doing. i imagine often times human beings want us in a unmarried way or yet another and attain out. i comprehend I neglected her friendship so i'm satisfied we were in a position to recuperate from our stupid argument because it replaced into so stupid.

I believe everyone we meet has a reason, although we may not see it right away. I can't actually remember any of these moments although I am sure I've had them, but I remember people who were just briefly in my life and I learnt a lot from them. I really do believe everyone is important to us, no matter how much we love them or dislike them, they can all teach us something.
It must have been lovely talking to that woman in A+E, it was probably quite nerve-wrecking being there so to have someone to talk to is always nice.

I have had experiences like this. They're rare, but they do seem to always happen at the right time. I do think everyone comes into our lives for a reason. I mean - I know a lot of people don't believe that (and think things are random coincidence), but I think sometimes it's just too synchronous to be random or coincidence.

Most definitely. It does not take much at times to get ones life redirected into a different direction. Most encounters that have a lasting effect are of a karmic nature....... that is, one had something to do with that person before this life. One has to be a believer in reincarnation though.......

If you are really interested in this - get a hold of some Edgar Cayce books dealing with reincarnation and past life(s) association case histories in his life readings..... He have about 30000 such readings

Another good book is from Dr. Bruce Goldberg - "Past Lives Future Lives". He is a clinical hypnotherapist doing lots of hypnotic regressions........ He claims to gave given close to 20000 regressions.

I think that we meet people on a time line so to speak. It is known when we enter this life who and when. But I think also that sometimes when we maybe need a little help or push in the right direction a person is sent our way to change the course a little.

No. People come into and go out of our lives all the time and we don't take notice. You reached out to a woman who was also reaching out last night, and you made a connection. If you and she weren't in a stressful situation, a meeting of the minds most likely would not have occurred. Simple as that.
