You should at least brush them with a wet toothbrush, even without toothpaste, and make sure you floss to get food that gets stuck between the teeth. That's where the real trouble starts, plus it causes bad breath.

Maybe go to a health food store and look for natural toothpastes that have no fluoride. You might find a taste you like.

There's all kinds of different toothpastes and flavors out there now. You can buy a couple of different kinds in Walmart or Target near the toothpastes and other toiletries with the travel sized ones so you can get a few different kinds for only 50 cents or a buck a piece so you can try it and not waste a lot if you end up not liking it.

There are all kinds of flavors. There is mint, cinnamon, some other flavors, maybe even try the kid's kind in bubble gum or something. Baking soda toothpaste has a unique taste as well. With the wide variety there's gotta be SOMETHING you like!

As a last resort, I know at the dentists office when I went for a cleaning they had like 9 different flavors they let me choose from. It may be more expensive but maybe you could see if your dentist has those and ask to give them a try and see if you can buy it from them.

Good luck, and give them a try, and PLEASE brush your teeth!

You really need to get into the habit of brushing again. If you don't like the taste of toothpaste try brushing with mouthwash or even baking soda. Something is better than not at all. If you don't, you will start to see severe decay and gum disease. Ask your dentist or hygienist is they have any suggestions.

I used to be the same way. And to tell the truth, I never brush my teeth in the morning.

Get yourself a fancy spin brush that shuts off after 2 minutes, and try Tom's Natural toothpaste. It has a mild flavor that doesn't burn.

Sonicare has a new Xtreme e3000 battery-powered toothbrush with a 2-minute timer. It whitened my teeth and improved my gums after just a couple of days. Much more effective than most manual toothbrushes, I think. $30 at Wal-mart. Fun to use.

In addition to the answers here, use mouthwash if possible (do you like the taste of that - you can get orange flavour Listerine).

That'll at least stop your breath from smelling.

Only brush the ones you want to keep.
