I'll tell you this much: A good salesman waits for the customer to bring up the business at hand, A gentleman waits for a woman to talk about sex.
You may have to wait an extra week, but it saves you a lot of grief.

A woman knows within the first 10 min of meeting if she WOULD sleep with you or not. Now, be careful that doesn't mean she will. A guy most of the time will f*ck it up by saying or doing something stupid. That leaves the woman with no choice but to move on. Now, a guy can redeem himself from this initial fall b/c its not that big of a deal- he can do this by working real hard to chase it and want it, but DO NOT ever by any means beg for it!!

it depends: if the girl is just looking for someone to sleep around with well then how good he looks or how desperate she is.
but if she actually wants something serious, she looks upon how serious the other person is. She wants to make sure that it will last, so she would want to make sure that the two of them get along with eachother most of the times cuz nothing is perfect and problems will arise.

Umm, not all women are the same, so they don't all have the same criteria.
Some common ones:
-Am I attracted to this person?
-Do I feel like having sex right now?
-Would it be safe to have sex right now/with this person?
-If I'm interested in pursuing a relationship with this person, do I believe that sex would help or hinder this pursuit?
-Am I going to want to deal with this person later, and if not, is it worth having sex with them and risking them latching onto me?
Etc. There are many factors.

Well, hopefully when they get married but she needs to at least ask herself If she loves him and wants to spend the rest of her life with him. She should be VERY confident that he feels the same way. This should be FAR into the relationship
