Take her out for the full day. Go eat at or by the beach. After that take her for a walk on the beach. Have a blanket already there with wine, candles and a red rose. Get her a lil' tipsy and you might have a shot.
Don't push it and you can get it easy. The minute you push it is the minute you'll lose that chance.
If that doesn't work, you have to put in a couple more dates.

you can't just get a girl to have sex with you that easily.. that is something that takes time. you can't have any irl you want and have sex with her.. not cool.. if you have been together for a long time and you are over the age of 18 tell her you love her and she means the world to you.. but don't force sex that is only part of a relationship not the whole thing...

Nice clothes, nice SUV, nice smile, if you have all these then you are ready. Looks don't matter as much as a lot of people think, just be confident in yourself. Then go to a place where alcohol is served (club, bar, party). Make her laugh however you have to. You be can a total fool as long as you can laugh at yourself also, that shows could character. Make sure both of you have alcohol in your systems, then make your move. Its going to take practice for it to become easy, but it will. Good luck.
