No one is GOOD ENOUGH to be in heaven. This is why God had to send His only Son to die on the cross. This was God's gift, we didn't earn it. Because Jesus died and rose again we are washed clean of our sins and can then go to heaven and be in God's presence. We can't be in God's presence if we are full of sin, and of course we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. So we can never be good enough. We can try and try, but we will always fail and sin again. Heaven would be an empty place if it were not for Jesus. Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit are ONE GOD.

No. That's why we need to receive Christ as Savior so that our sins will be gone. If we admit to God we are sinners and accept Jesus' payment on the cross for our sins, and believe He rose from the dead, we can go to heaven. Heaven is not empty. There are multitudes there. But it is a holy place. God cannot look upon sin. When He looks on us He has to see Christ's righteousness covering us. John 3:16

No one is good enough for heaven 'cause all have sinned and have fallen short of God's glory. No one not one, is worthy or deserving to go to heaven by his own strength and will. BUT only through Jesus Christ can one go to heaven through His perfect gift of salvation.
If you've received Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour and have really made a commitment to follow Him and live a life that is glorifying to Him, then you'll have life everlasting.
Heaven is the fullness of God's glory. It is where one can feel completeness and ultimate joy. A place that secures you in God's arms forever.
If you want to be in that place, consider Jesus.

You don't have to be good to get into heaven. And, no, heaven is not an empty place. Forgive yourself and others will help you evolve in your life to reach higher consciousness.
We all are here to learn more. To love God, others and ourselves.

Heaven has a lot of people. But Christians will not live forever in Heaven. They will return to earth and live here..
Only Jesus is good enough, and his sacrafice on the cross made me good enough to enter.

Am I the only one who finds the idea that "no one is 'good enough' to be in heaven" extremely depressing?
Do people who believe this way suffer from low self-esteem in other parts of their lives, or is the "I'm not worthy" mentality restricted to measuring themselves up to their God's standards?

The true happiness in the heaven is - that you are close to god all the time. Is that amaze you? If you are so accustomed to the worldly pleasure, heaven can be a hell to you. I believe hell would be very interesting place, lots to be excited, lots to be fight over, loud , complicated, and exausting.

No one gains entrance to heaven by their own deeds. It is only through repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ. Upon doing that, the righteousness of Jesus, which is without flaw, is imputed to the believer.

He made the One who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
2 Corinthians 5:21
Jesus bore the consequences of believers' sin for their sakes. Since Jesus, who was perfect and innocent, took on the penalty of sin—death itself, Jesus can now give those who believe in him his righteousness. His perfect righteousness can cover our corrupt and imperfect lives. When people trust in Christ, they make an exchange—their sin for his righteousness. Believers' sin was placed on Jesus at his crucifixion. His righteousness is given to believers at their conversion. This is what Christians mean by Christ's atonement for sin.
If it were not for the reality contained in 5:21, all of Christianity would be wishful thinking, a "hope so" religion. Here, Paul clarified the eternal transaction whereby each believer is passed "from death to life" (John 5:24 niv). How grateful we should be for God's kindness to us.
