Anyone experienced a short time where wierd things happened and the last and final thing was your dog walking up to you and saying,
"When you get tired of God, Satan will take you back."

No everyone has been exposed to the spiritual realm of demons and satan, many of the answers reflect that. Not weird at all really, satans cohorts arent going to give you up that easy at least with out a few side shows! That is just a familar spirit speaking throught the dog. Lots of people came out of the occult to serve christ and who better to know the enemy and speak truth of redemption and freedom from hell. I myself had someone in past generations that were into witchcraft and that was passed to me,you know what i mean, i never got into it myself, but the torment and attacks on me were very real and i saw a lot of freakie stuff before that curse was broken and my home was cleansed. It does bother me when i hear people say Satan doesnt talk about God or Christ..he knows him and the word of God very well!! how do you think he has made his lies present even in churchs. Even today many believers dont grasp the hell concept to well. I just got done reading a book by Clint M Byars called "Devil Walk" it a true story of his experience one night as he went into the pit of hell and faced Satan himself. Very good! He was convinced he was dead, but he goes from darkness to light and finally gets the power of the CROSS and what Christ did for all of us. How little influence satan really has on us, but how much we allow him to have over everday cituations. Satans secret sin? unbelief..sound fimilar? the world itself. One of his lies is..you cant escape your past Gods truth......."Therefore if any man be in christ, he is a new creature: old things passed away: behold, all things are become new" 2Corn 5:17 The lies of satan are crushed by what Jesus did on the cross and he knows that!! The mouth confession of Jesus will make him flee. You can do this, Glory to God you can.

Just a word of advice; if Satan can acknowledge that God DOES exist, he made a major slip-up on his part.
My advice, DON'T turn back. The road may not be easy, but God never said it would be. The road is never easy, anyhow.
If Satan wants you back that bad, then that means he's using you for something. Something that's probably not good.
That's my opinion.

A lot of Christian don't take spiritual attacks seriously. I listened to a lot of music with satanic content, and had friends who are into the occult and wiccan. Still have wiccan friends. But a lot of strange things happened up to my point of accepting Jesus and they still happen very occasionally.
It is important though for me not to dwell on it to much because ultimately I have been saved.

The same thing happened to me when I converted to Satanism, only it was my cat doing the talking.

My mom talked about some things that happened to her when she was battling some vulnerabilities. It sounds a bit much to me, but who knows. We really don't know what is possible.
