It may be mosquito bites or another kind of skin condition. Go to the vet so he can confirm what the red bumps are and tell you if its serious or not.

An allergy to fleas? To check if she has any fleas on her, wet a piece of white paper and brush her fur with your hand over it - flea poo then dissolves into a splodge on the paper. If no sign of fleas it could be nettle rash? Best to check with a vet anyway really as she has obviouslt had a bad reaction to whatever it is!

It could actually be anumber of things.
Fleas or flea allergy.
mosquto bites
allergies.
Or another type of skin rash
Take her to teh vets and let tehm go over her and determine what it is and give you the correct treatment needed

Fleas or mites.

Get a good flea shampoo, soak her in warm water for 15 minutes to drown the fleas. (put a ring of the soap around her neck as well and be careful with the eyes)

Also, invest in a flea collar, and vacuum VERY well, so that they don't re-occur.

I have a staffy who had a similar problem recently- my vet said that it should be one of two things- acne or scabies. A good test for Scabies is to pinch your dogs ear slightly and see if they start to scratch uncontrollably. if they dont it means they generally dont have it. As it happens my dog had acne which was treated with antibiotics for one week. she gets heat rash in the hot weather which calms down with a cold flannel. hope this helps.

Your dog might have allergies. I had a pit bull for 8 years and he had to start taking medicine in the spring until it got cold again. hope this helps!

Possibly flea bites.Get her along to the vets.Look in her fur, get some damp cotton wool, and if you see tiny black flecks, dab them, if it goes blood red on the cotton wool, it's flea droppings.
