i need to fit into a prom dress my parents pre-ordered months ago. unfortunately, i have put on weight since then and it doesnt fit right. i have not told my parents, as corrections cost hundreds of pounds. i'd rather lose the pounds off me then my parents already straining wallets.

1] eat two lean proteins, 2 low fat dairy, 3 whole grains, and at least 5 fruits and veg [ plain! ] a day
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a multivitamin with minerals every day
4] do aerobic exercise 30 min a day, 6 days a week [ walk, run, swim,dance, bike ]
5] do 3 sets of 10 reps each daily - pushups, situps, obliques,
crunches. Increase as they become easier.

drink 4-5 bottles of water a day. eat lots of fruits and veggies. have atleastttttt 40 mins of phsycal activity a day

don't eat a lot of carbs
don't eat ham or fatty meats
eat healthy
exercise

try running a lot or exersizing hardcore
