I'd say just be a server or bartender on the weekend nights.

Just friday and saturday night, would be late nights, would earn an easy 200 bucks or more a week. A girl i know makes 300 or more in a night in tips on the weekends. Most shifts start in the early night (5pm or so) So you schedule would be still respected for your 8 to 5`er. Unless you closed shop nights before you worked in the morning :)

I will take your job.I love those hours,and no weekends.That is great.Seriously how about waiting tables that is usually part time,and can sometimes be fun.
