I'm 118 pounds, 5'3, 29 years old and I've recently noticed my lower body is chunkier than ever. I've always been a stouter build, not skinny, with thicker limbs and always wondered if there was a good way to lose weight at 118 pounds. I'm already very active- I run twice a week 2 to 3 miles, and walk regularly but I've never lost weight through exercise. I've never tried limiting my diet in any systematic way. How little and what do I have to eat and what kind of and how much exercise do I have to do to lose weight?

you are in no way overweight, in fact your body mass index is 20, which is the low end of normal, you are close to being underweight. Sounds like you have a self image issue, you may want to talk to a therapist about that before it gets out of hand.
