It really depends on the the state and city you are in. Some states don't restrict convicts from being commercial drivers but the most cities do. and.. if the state don't allow convicts to be limo drivers then you wont have a chance becoming one. You should also check that if these states treat aggravated felons the same as non-aggravated.

Should not be a problem unless you are a Schedule 1 offender, Have you been charged with ABH or anything above? If so you have no chance.
