We use microwave everyday, and also use it over and over again. I put my hand on the microwave and it very hot. I just wondering if it will blow up or something happen, so what should I do to prevent that happens.

When you say it's hot do you mean the whole thing gets hot or just on the inside bottom where the food sits? If it's just on the part where the food sits. that is normal. If the whole unit is getting hot then you should have a serviceman check it out.

it won't blow up, but it could overheat and break down. it's just hot because it keeps getting used

Try putting your head in it ... Does it feel hot then?
