1. Drink water. (Up to 64 oz. a day).
That's 64 oz. of WATER, not just liquids... over and above everything else you drink. Water is the great "equalizer" -- if you are constipated, have the runs, or whatever, drink water and your system will miraculously balance itself in a day or two. DON'T OVERDO IT or drink too much though, it can make you sick -- just like too much of anything.
2. Pee often. (no prob if you drink your 64 oz. of water every day.)
3. Poo when you need to. Sometimes people get bloated because they 'have to go' at an inconvenient time.... so they wait.
4. Eat a balanced menu (meat/poultry/fish, grains/cereals/carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, dairy, eggs/vegetable or nut fats/oils) for foods you prepare from scratch, yourself.
5. Walk for at least 20 minutes a day. No special equipment, no special clothes... just walk up the road, around the block, or to the store.... keep up a steady pace, but no need to jog or run.
Good luck.
