I'm 22, 5"3 and weigh 113. I've been working out 3 days a week for 2 hours . I do my cardio, I work on my legs, arms, and butt, all which I have seen much improvement. I do four different exercises to target my abs alone, its been 3 months now and still I have no improvement, I don't have the best eating habits, and I'm not sure what I should be eating. I'm looking for a (7) day eating plan to help me shed some of that fat off my mid section. Any body know any good ones?

Here's what I suggest: find a Pilates class! It's an amazing core workout that has changed the way I look. Also, the only way I lose inches in my midsection is through diet--I limit my carbs to two servings a day and make them whole-grain only. You can work out forever, but if you're eating too much or eating poorly, you won't see results.

You do no the older you get the harder it gets to maintain or to get back that flat stomach you once had.I lost 40lbs and never did get my stomach back to what it use to be. I no some people will tell you that it can be done just keep doing what it is your doing but those same people are the ones who own the gyms or promoting the gyms.We see the women on TV who just had a baby and look just as good if not better then before .They have the money to go to the doctors to get all that fat sucked out of them and to have in plants or up lefts you name it.Our husbands look at us and wonder why we can't look like that and i say give me the money and i will look like that.
