What?! The fact is there is no such thing as rapture in the Bible...and wings have nothing to do with the rapture theory which was invented by some folks about 200 years ago. Those have nothing to do with Intelligent Design...no more than Burning in Hell for Eternity...which also is a theory based on problems when the Bible was translated out of Hebrew and the other languages it was written in. That started with some folks who still had strong ties to Jupiter, Mars, Apollo, Mercury, and a bunch of other Greco-Roman gods.

I will dignify this with a serious response, though I am not certain that was your aim in asking this question. Moses was, as you say "raptured", or taken straight to heaven without dying first, and he did not have wings, so I suppose if you are the kind of person who believes in intelligent design, no, it does not disprove it. God does not have to design the wings because (if you believe this stuff)he is magic and he can just scoop people up and carry them to heaven in the sleeve of his big white robe or whatever. Besides, if god had designed us all with wings, how would he keep the sinners from flying up to heaven during the rapture? This question is silly because the whole point of intelligent design is that it is based on the bible and in the eyes of Christians the word of the bible is immune to scientific reason, it is absolute truth, so there is no need to justify or explain, it's just true, and if you believe in christianity, that's supposed to be enough for you.

An old girlfriend once told be that she could fly any time she wanted as a young child until grown ups told her people can't fly. After that she couldn't anymore. Reality is Thermoplastic not Thermosetting.
Think of the presents you've brought Any merry little thought Think of Christmas, think of snow Think of sleigh bells Here we go! Like a reindeer in the sky Soon you'll zoom all around the room All it takes is faith and trust But the thing that's a positive must Is a little bit of pixie dust The dust is a positive must When there's a smile in your heart There's no better time to start It's a very simple plan You can do what the birdies can At least it's worth a try You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! You can fly! -- Peter Pan

I don't think rapture is even mentioned in the Bible. That sounds like a fictive name invented by modern readers of the Left Behind series to justify apocalyptic religious views.
Not that any of this matters. I do have a red pair of Victoria Secret wings in my garage; I wore them once on Halloween. But intelligent design is still baloney.

You are trying to compare wood with a cell phone...not even as close as apples to oranges, since they're both fruit....
Rapture has to be a fact before you can compare it to the theory of intelligent design for the origin of life and the beginning of the universe, etc.

No. Sure enough NOT. God made us just like He wanted us to be, we cant improve on that. and you dont understand the supernatural realm. If you did, you would not mock it.
We wont need the wings to fly. God can do anything, dont you know that? Wait till He heals a member of your family deemed terminal, and then tell me you dont believe.
God is God and He can do anything, Soon Jesus will come to rapture us home, and yes thats all Biblically so. TRUTH. Question isnt how can you fly.. Its will you be going with us. Seek Jesus and find Him today. You must know Him before He comes again, or you die, whichever comes first.

Does that make sense? NO! Rapture is not going to happen, it's not Biblical. Does the fact that Darwin's Origin of Species/Evolution Theory is still a theory mean that energy over time does not decay?

No it does not! It only proves that Almighty God can do whatever He pleases with His creation to show Himself as mighty and as powerful as He truly is! And even the rapture will not truly be a full manifestation of all that God is capable of! I'm just glad that if it happened today I'd be "One in that number!"

That Red Bull answer was pretty funny!Seriously though we'll be instantly taken to His presence in the twinkling of an eye so wings are unneccesary.
