A PB & J (peanut butter and Jelly sandwich)
Peanut butter has protean and is a great source for a good energy boost and the Jelly with fruit content makes it taste good after a long game, plus its easy to make and easy to eat with out a lot of utensils.
If you want to make it even heathyer you can get sugar free fruit jelly too.
Bananas are good because they have potassium and help replenish vitamins. Stay away from Pineapple and Strawberry's they can give you stomach cramps after Exercising.

Oranges and Bananas, but for the best results make a protein smoothies. Get some protein powder and throw some oranges, bananas and some fat free yogurt into the blender with some ice and let 'er rip. They taste great and the protein will help repair muscle fibers. You will notice that you are not as sore after a game or practice.

Individuly wrapped sandwich crackers. Like Peanut butter and cheese or Cheddar and club. Keebler makes them. That's what I give my kids on the run or to hold them over until the next meal. Health and fillingTrans fat only 3.5 grams.

fruit or trail mixes, both have healthy sugars and help you to get your energy back. And they are also supposed to be "filling" so that you don't want to keep snacking.

Fruit or veggies and water, nothing like pretzals or granola bars because they are salty and dehydrating. I'd say watermelon would be your best bet.

Since you where out playing soccer and you where in the sun you may want to replace the salt content. I would try nuts, mixed nuts, fruit. Watermelon.

Watermelon slices, orange slices, crackers, apple slices, nuts, grapes, water, carrot / celery sticks. If you like peanut butter you can try putting it on the celery, apple slices or crackers for extra energy. Try and avoid candy, it's not good...
