I moved my alarm clock into the bathroom - and turned it loud. This way I had to get out of bed to turn it off, or hit snooze. Then, go to bathroom, and get a glass of water, coffee, soda, juice, or something to start you going. JUST DON'T LAY BACK DOWN. I did this, and now don't use a clock at all - I tell myself to get up at 7, and I get up at 7. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

Buy one wind-up alarm clock, and put it inside a metal wastebasket at the other end of the room. Maybe you'll also wake up your neighbors across the street. Try setting another alarm clock an hour before. It will tell you just have 1 hour left to sleep.
I find more difficult to wake up after sleeping more than 8 hours...

I get up M-F at 5:50 for work. Set your alarm to music...LOUDLY. Place it where you can't just hit the snooze button, but you need to get out of bed to turn off the alarm. Then go to the bathroom and splash your face with cold water. If you have eye drops, put some in and it will help wake you up.
You can also go for an early morning run, which will start your day out well. Finally, eat breakfast!

Set your alarm to thirty minutes earlier than you want to get up so that you have some spare time in case you fall back asleep. Set your alarm to the radio setting so you can wake up to some decent music. Immediately turn on your lights or open the blinds so that the room is light. Throw off your covers so that you are less likely to curl back up and fall asleep.
Personally, I like to get up and have a shower right away. It really wakes me up! Also, try a glass of orange or grapefruit juice, some fresh fruit and a bagel or some other form of carbs to wake you right up.
Best of luck :)

set your alarm clock and put it on the other side of the room. That way to shut it off, you have to get up. Once you wake up, grab a cup of coffee or juice. Satnd in the kitchen to drink it..that will help you wake up more. Then go into the bedroom and make your bed. That way when you are getting ready, you dont look at your comfy bed just waiting for you to crawl back into it. It neat and made for the next night.

Try putting your alarm out of reach of your bed if it isn't already so you actually have to get up to turn it off. From there it is a mental battle to choose to stay up instead of going back to sleep. If you start getting up early more and more then you'll get used to it over time. Trust me, I'm a highschooler that has to get up between 5:30 and 6 each morning for school.

You should set your alarm for 3 or 4 different times which go off every 5 minutes. In first alarm you should stop it and you should walk around your house. If you are tired you can sleep back. After 5 minutes it will alarm again and you should walk around again. In last alarm you will be weary of it so you get awake.

Set 2 alarm clocks. they both ring at the same time. Place one next to you, the other on the other side fo the room so you ahve to get up to turn it off. If that doesn't work get a third alarm clock and makesure it's a radio. When it goes off make sure it starts playing dance music and just start dancing to the music.

go to bed earlier than 10pm, take some tylenol PM if you have trouble sleeping (take it around 6pm or 7pm) then set your alarm for 6:30 or 6:45 and move it WAY across the room & turn it up really loud so you cant hit snooze very easily & you can fall back asleep.

first be excited about why you are getting up! it helps ALOT.
Other suggestions.... Buy some food, drink, coffee product that really sounds good, and you are excited to try and eat. Don't let youself have it til the morning.
Find good music. Or find a good morning radio show. Turn it on as soon as you get up, that way you energized or entertained.
If you can, do some excersize right away. Just sit ups or push ups or something! anything to get up move, and feel good about yourself and the day ahead of you
