Sorry to burst your bubble, but there's really nothing you can do. Height is based on genetics, and exercise and eating right (though good things) do not help growth in height.
However, being 5' 4" is not super short. Take it from me, I'm 4'10" and just about done growing.
I will admit, I used to haaaaaaaaaate height jokes! Just hate them! I tried just about everything to grow! But nothing worked...but you know what? Today I wouldn't grow taller if I could.
I like being short! It's a part of who I am. Learn to accept yourself and then others will be able to accept you!
Best wishes,
Terri

If you seek out information on stretch exercising and really get into it at your age; you will likely yet grow or at least feel taller by being longer and leaner. Also not so fortunate....your nose and ears continue to grow up into old age! Don't fret though...I'm sure the Lord can give you a better and contenting image of yourself as HE sees you for simply asking Him too!
Your age is still the main reason you feel as you do about yourself. However, shake off that negative thinking and know you are adorable at your size to many people's perspective... but especially to GOD {Satan wants you to be miserable over a whole lot more that your size and gets a good foot hold when you dwell too much on matters like this cause he can keep you mentally bound for years...don't give him the victory to keep you unhappy with who you were made to be .....after the image of your parents and HIM who gave you your life! Amen?}

Girls normally reach their full height about your age, so it's not likely that you will get any taller. Five foot four is average height for women. You're probably feeling short because the boys are getting their growth spurts, and they are passing you up.
No exercise or herbs will change your growth. You don't need to eat more if you're not under weight. The only thing you could do is take injections of human growth hormone, but that's really bad for you if don't have an actual deficiency.

Well if you don't eat enough, you won't have the energy to grow. Think about it, your body needs the fuel to spend it on growing, if you lack it, your body will only have enough for the basics, and not enough for added growth. A healthy diet is a great idea, it's all about energy for your body to spend on growth.
Other than that, avoid high impact exercise like gymnastics, it seems to encourage one to stay short.
Other than that, if it really bugs you, you can talk with your doctor, I believe there's things you can take now to delay the time when your bones stop growing. Basically your bones after a time grow a type of cap on the end, which means they won't grow any longer, by delaying the forming of this cap, you delay the time you stop growing. But it seems quite drastic, especially given that you're just 15, and I believe one grows until about 20 years of age, so you still have 5 years to go.
So focus on eating healthy.

only your doc can really tell you if you can grow more. try getting an appointment and asking ur doc about it. what he might tell you is that you have a plate in your long bones (like your femur) called the epephysial plate and if it is fused or not. the way to tell is by getting an xray. no amount of excersise or herbs can help a person grow anymore but you might want to drink milk a lot to ensure that your bones grow stronger. you might grow taller that way. dont feel bad about being your height. you can wear heels this way. i have a lot of friends that are like 4' 11" and 5' 2'

Tess. You're you're only 15!! You're gonna keep growing until you're 20!! So settle down, don't get stressed, and drink 3 glasses of milk a day. btw, it depends a lot on the height of your parents and grandparents how tall you'll end up being. And no matter how tall you get, that's what nature intended. So walk tall and be proud. :)

You could grow some taller. Both of my girls were about your height when they graduated high school and grew another 1 to 2 inches

Sorry, there isn't anything you can do. But at 15, you could still grow taller in the next few years.

I still grew til I was about 19, so you still may.
HOWEVER, whatever size you are shouldn't be affecting your confidence at all. That should be coming from within you! Work on loving yourself from the inside out!
