Well, they were both in the Army, but neither as officers. Parker was just an entertainment agent. Sanders started his own business and built it to francise size and its still going strong. So I'd side with the Kentucky colonel (his honorary title from the govenor of Kentucky at the time). He'd definitely kick some butts up between some ears and get some guys on the ball on rebuilding stuff.
