How long does it take to ship a package from London, Ontario to Ottawa, Ontario using Canada Post ground?

A small package, the size of a camera.
Regular ground shipping.

I regularly send and recieve packages for my computer business and Ebay account, I have had them arrive in 4-6 days, but if it not big enough to be put in the mailbox, my bank cheques took 2 weeks.

One bit of caution, if they determine it to be to big for the mailbox or is in an apartment building or multi unit building, they may ring or knock for recieving the package, and if they are not there they will leave a slip to pick it up at a local postal station.
