May I suggest the "Sweaty Mexican"?
Easy--here we go:
1 shot Tequila (I prefer Sauza Hornitos, for the $)
1 Tablespoon of Hellman's mayonnaise
Then, all you have to do is toss it in a shaker, but don't use ice. That takes the "sweaty" out.

Might I add, that at my first attempt of this shot, it was tummy-shaking. Now, I find myself enjoying a "sweaty Mexican" whenever someone at the bar hasn't heard of it. It grows on ya!
