Normally people who constantly make fun of others have very low self esteem and do that so - A) The attention isn't on themselves and - B) They feel better about themselves for a moment.

It makes them feel about about themselves. By pointing out others' faults, people aren't so focused on their own.

Conceit. They believe they are wonderful. Always remember, you are better than that and you would never behave like that. People who do are not respected.
