Cardio exercise is great, but most people don't continue for an extended period, do "daily" simple exercise like walking/hiking, biking and swimming which are low impact, play games like tennis, basketball, baseball, or volleyball, they will help to lose weight, tone your body, make new friends and you'll have fun doing it

The best diet you can ever have is fresh fruit, salad, and tons of water. Light exercise for the toning and fresh vegetables would not hurt and if you got have meat try fish and grilled or baked meats. All so cut back on the portions that you eat. Light salad dressings too. GOOD LUCK

Take advantage of the famers markets and fruit stands! It's always better to go fresh then canned or frozen (and always frozen over canned, canned has lots of sodium!) Try to cut your carbs and eat whole grain. And now that it's summer try fun exercise! Swimming is GREAT for you and there is no impact. Kayaking it great for upper arms and taking your dog for a walk is always good for you both (if you have one!) And, enjoy your summer and good luck!

If you want to eat healhty this summer, i suggest 3 servings of fruits a day and 3 servings of vegatables. Stay away from fatty foods that may be tempting like ice cream and cookies. if you feel the urge to eat these fat foods, i suggest getting a vita mix or a blender to make fruit smooties in. There always healthy, and help maintain your summer cravings. add fruits, milk, flax seed (healthy carb), protien (whey protien), and ice. dont forget to excersie during this healthy summer to keep you in shape and feeling great!

If you don't want to go to the gym, walk as much as possible. And not forgetting salads! Colourful salads with sweetcorn, lettuce, red, green, yellow peppers! You can have a couple slices of brown bread wiyh this or a roll. new potatoes instead of chips and water, not too much fizzy drinks.

Cutting carbs in general will help you loose weight this is because your body has to work harder to break down protein then cards. You will burn up to 30% of the totaly energy taken in the form of protein, just by digesting it. Don't cut out any food group completely, just eat everything in moderation.
