I need to do a pay roll check and I don't knwo what is the % to deduct?

If you don't know what you are doing with payroll. Find someone that can do it instead. You don't want to be responsible for screwing up paychecks.

Also, you could cost the company a lot of money when it is time for an audit.

You'd be wise to talk to an accountant, since making a mistake here or leaving something out can have major consequences both for the business and for you personally. The accountant can tell you what you have to do (can be different depending on where you're located) and then you can take it from there.
