when ever i talk to some one and he is sad or nervious i feel axiety and i loose my relaxation...mostly im not comfortable even when i walk or seat during the day, i need to relas all my muscles, all of them are tight because i am not relaxed...:( please help

Vitamin B complex, chamomille tea, exercise (walks or even just pacing around the house), yard work, salmon, prayer, read Psalms in the Bible. Hope this helps.

take a bath, read a book, exercise is very good. but if its effecting your life so much the best advice would be to seek medical advice from your doctor.
