If they came with a visa and now it's expired. can they get a green card? They are not a minor, have no family here that are legal as well. They won't be getting married anytime soon. Any help would be great. Thank you!

Good luck... there is no way unless you have an American child, or win the Green Card lottery or invest a bunch load of money or if you've been here since 1972. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. Sorry to tell you like this but it's just not that simple. In addition, I believe there is a minimum of years you need to be living here to obtain the Card (8-12 yrs depending on your situation).

well the only way is to get married. it would take anywhere from 2-5 years to get green card this way.

In the uk a £1000 normally is enough
