You're feeling the effects of lactic acid in your muscles doing their job...building muscle. It won't hurt you to work out but it will be uncomfortable.

I don't know your body fat percentage or how much you weigh, but you can do situps until you can't stand up straight, and as long as you carry a high percentage of bodyfat, your abs will never see the light of day.
The pain in your triceps that you got from doing pushups won't have much of an effect on a biceps workout, so go ahead and work your biceps.

You should if you are not in too much pain, it will actually help to work the soreness out of your muscles. If not take a days break but get righ back at it tomorrow so your soreness doesn't last longer. Also, Excedrin Back and Body is really good to take for pain related to working out, or maybe a good sports cream.

you should make sure that you do stretches before and after mainly on the muscles that you worked this should help relieve your pain next time you work out. If it keeps hurting you may want to do a little less each day or more reps less weight ect.

hey well i dnt knw everythin bout fitness but i also work out alot! and yea the first days of your workouts ur ganna be sore! I recommend that u keep doin wat ur doin but try to change it... just dnt do the same things everyday. Just do arms one day and lets say legs another and biceps next day then continue... you should really try to work out in a Bench press, it helps ur chest and arms. Then go runnin everyday and stick to it! dnt quit cus if u dnt use it u lose it!

No. Take a day off and let the tear down heal. Start every other day until no more pain. Then move to daily.
