Hey I am a female talking to a guy and I wanted to know like when a guy tells you that he misses you, does he really means it or is he trying to tell you something else? Like interpretate a different meaning. Also, how much of miss you is too much? When would a women know if there is real feelings behind the "miss you?"

Of course he means it :o, I have a lot of female friends and when I don't see them for a while I tell them I miss em because they're my friends :), now depending on where the relationship (Friendship or otherwise) was at that time can change the meaning completely.
You could always joke with him and ask him why he missed you but make it fun sounding. If he goes, just cause and it isn't the best answer in the world it sounds more like a friends thing, but if he gives more specific reasons then he might be trying to tell you something else. Either way it's a wonderful thing when someone says they missed you ^^ It means they care about you regardless :D

If he says he missed you, I think you can take that at face value.As to the rest of your question ("...how much of miss you is too much?") I don't really understand what you mean. I suggest asking him for clarity. That way, you'll be sure.
