Most likely any general practice Doctor.
Keep in mind that now that you have the virus that causes genital warts, just burning them off doesnt cure them. There is no cure for them, you will carry the virus for life. It is your duty to tell every sexual partner from now on that they are at risk before you do anything with them.

As others have posted, many different types of doctors can treat genital warts, including family practitioners, dermatologists, ob-gyns, and urologists. (probably even plastic surgeons) However, not every doctor in these specialties will feel comfortable treating them. A dermatologist has been trained in treatment of genital warts.
Treatment options include: freezing with liquid nitrogen and application of topical agents including imiquimod, podofilox, podophyllin, and surgical removal.
