I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you wondering about how to raise money to keep it going? Usually para-church organizations have some type of sponsor. E-mail the people who run these sites and ask them how they do it.

my IQ starts to hurt (and probably shrink) whenever I accidentally come across sites like that!
i have a better name for it: Myth.com
just make stuff up and go with it. use the bible as your "reference" and back-up.
google "westboro baptist church" for more info on how to make a christian website.
