Yes, write it down. Scientists believe every dream is telling that person something. It could be the opposite, the same or like it. I had a dream this snake bit me, and I saw a snake and my mom saw a poisonous snake. Maybe there will be a terrible storm where you live and a lot of people are at your house. Or maybe it will be really hot where you live annd nobody will be at your house. Remember this dream.

I doubt that anyone can really explain completely what dreams mean, why they happen, etc. However, I must admit that I'm not all that well schooled in dream interpretation. However, I know that dreams may be caused by any of a multitude of things -- what one had for dinner, what stress one had endured during the day, what had played on TV before bedtime. I've had the radio on while I was sleeping and some of the people in the news broadcast appeared in my dream.
Sometimes our fears, conscious or unconscious show up in our dreams, and that seems to be an indication that a person's mind is trying to sort through that fear. I don't think your dream is "trying to tell [you] something" other than that you might be afraid of storms and the damage that can be done or that the storm is a symbol of something else that's causing you stress.
I have dreams that are continuations of something I've dreamt before or that presume a situation that I encountered in an earlier dream. I think some self-examination and introspection is helpful trying to figure out why one dreams what one dreams. But I would never worry about dreams being an omen of something that is going to happen. . . .

Storms can be metaphors of internal crisis or fears of the unexpected. Someone who lived in California, and had little contact with tornadoes, could easily have a very different dream (and interpretation) from one who lived in Oklahoma or somewhere in Tornado Alley, where such storms are a very real occurence.
Storms, in both cases, represent threats, fears. The endless storm sounds like a fear of endless crisis, of endless stress and confusion and a constant changing danger that seems like it will never stop. People acting 'crazy' in the storm can also represent how the 'storm' unhinges people, drives them mad, makes them do crazy things or things they wouldn't do under 'normal' circumstances.
Again, what you have experienced personally will affect what the dream means to you. It could be that certain images of storms, and the aftermath (like Katrian and what happened in New Orleans) is making you confront fears or insecurities in your own life. Storms also have a tendency to reflect the dreamer's own sense of unpheaval. In other words, if everything is going great and smooth in your life, its less likely that you will dream of such storms.
If 'everyone' is at your house, maybe the dream was telling you that you have a feeling of being 'crowded' where you are at, and that there is no way to get uncrowded because the 'storm' is constantly outside. Actually, it sounds like the storm is already inside and that the dream is stating that the storm outside the house is really dependent upon the storm inside the house. If you want to clear the weather, start from the inside.

Yeah, this is the Lord warning you about changes to come in the world. Storms are often symbolic or turbulent, chaotic, and destructive time. It is not a weather storm which is coming but a storm of economic famine, pestilence, diseases, warfare, plagues and violence like never before. The tornadoes represent "destruction" in due season, or the time is right for chaos to break out. God is warning you that you will be in it, and to prepare yourself and have your life right. Okay take care.

well, i cant tell you i'm positive with my answer but dreams aren't always right! i mean my dreams never come true and they usually dont warn me on things. usually things warn you while your awake. but i would be prepared for any kind of storm like that just in case! well i hope your dream was wrong! but if you have that dream again, it might be a warning of something... it doesn't always have to be the same thing!

Sounds like you are trying to tell yourself something - over and over and over again until you "get it" Maybe you need to focus on something that is causing turmoil or distress in your family or personal life, something that has not seemed to go away and could effect others. Sounds like your inner-self could be ready to address something serious.
When my ex-husbands alcoholism became unpredictable I had a repetitive dream of a tornado destroying the side of my house barely missing me and loved ones. It seemed to be my way of saying "watch out" -- the storm is on its way. Once my personal storm had passed (& we decided to divorce) the dreams stopped.
Wishing you luck, and peaceful dreams. = )

Not usually. Dreams are a way the brain relaxes and works out our fears and escapes the excess electrical storage & potential that is clogging the synapses links. It is,also, the emergence of many past experiences an observations we have seen (tv, noise, sporting events) Try not to put too much credence in them by trying to relate them to a future occurence..................
