Ok, indelicate question, but are you being careful about washing your hands before you eat? After washing thoroughly with soap and HOT water, are you being careful NOT to touch other surfaces? You would be surprised how many people don't wash their hands and instead put all kinds of bugs where your hands can get to them...then, with chips, sandwiches and fries, it goes straight into your stomach.
I carry a disinfectant on a key chain and ALWAYS use it before I eat. I also carry a small spray can of lysol and hit phones, keyboards and the like in my office each day.
Good luck.

No you didn't eat a lot. Exercising is great for your health but the granola bars, bread and cookies are all highly processed carbohydrates. The lean meat in the sub is good and cheese is okay as long as you don't eat too much (am not a fan of processed cheese myself but each to their own). You should be including lean protein, fruit, vegetables and dairy in your diet too. Some granola bars are quite high in sugar. The high fibre content is great but your breakfast (am assuming this was your breakfast) should be enough to fuel your body until mid-morning or lunch and discourage you from making unhealthy choices at morning tea or lunch.

Go to the doctor and ask. Keep a diary of what you eat, along with the "results."
You could have diverticulus or IBS or a funky gallbladder. Since you are over 50, it may be time for a colonoscopy. That said, I'm not a doctor and those are the only people qualified to give you the answers you need to hear.

I love my maltese, too.
Honestly, I used to sometimes have a similar problem. It may be what you're drinking, not what you're eating. Eliminate soda pop altogether and see if the problem clears up immediately. I cut out pop to lose a few pounds, and my digestion cleared right up, and I felt a whole heck of a lot better and younger right away. Now I have no desire for the stuff, the thought of it makes my stomach churn.

subway always gives me the runs, most cafeteria food also, ,try packing your own lunch watching how much fat is in each thing you make, lots of fat can cause IBS< or diahrea,, at least in me the more grease the sooner I am running,,
I sometimes take Imodium just to stop it , this is of course if I eat in our crapeteria at work alot, and I hear it from others too,, like with the salads , we think they use some type of food saver so the lettuce does not wilt,

You could have a mild form of irritable bowel syndrome. It's not dangerous, just irritating and inconvenient. If it keeps up, talk to a doc about it, with some cases you can get meds for it.

MY WIFE HAS THAT PROBLEM IT IS WORSE WHEN SHE IS NERVOUS I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG TRY TAKING SOME PEPTO BEFORE LUNCH IT IS NOT ADDICTIVE AND WILL HELP THE GREASY BURGER PROBABLY MAKES YOU STOMACHE DUMP A LOT OF ACID AT ONE TIME AND WILL CAUSE THE POOPS. ALSO TRY SNACKING IF YOU WAIT TILL YOU ARE STARVING FOR LUNCH IT WILL ALSO CAUSE YOU TO RELEASE TO MUCH ACID IN YOUR STOMACHE. GOOD LUCK

It could be what you ate for dinner last night... Try to steer clear of salty and greasy foods and you should be alright.

You should really see a doctor.
It could be IBS...which is treatable, but it needs to be checked out.
