I am going with the giraffe. Noah wouldn't be able to reach the vital organs, and the giraffe would simply cave his skull in with its hoof.

Noah never had a baseball bat and he would win because if the giraffe beat the crap out of him noah wouldnt be letting him on the boat and the giraffe would die either way.

the giraffe has a clear height advantage but isn't well built don't know whether noah worked out alot or was good at fighting but i'd say the giraffe
