I told a guy friend that I had feelings for him as more than a friend and I did not expect anything in return. He replied by saying he was glad I told him and that he always has a great time with me. He added that he appreciates that we can be honest with each other. He has never told me how he feels about me and is against the long distance thing. I took it as a not interested and have tried moving on from it. However I find that hard to do when he contacts me twice a week. I don't know what to do.

long distance?? Talk to him when he calls but do not sit around and wait for him to say anything much. Go out on dates and go on with your life.

If you really "didn't expect anything in return" then why are you having problems staying his friend when he calls you?
Just admit that you did expect something, you're feelings are hurt, and break off all contact with him.

Well i don't belive in long distance relation ships either, but thats great that you told him how you feel about him. & just talk to him over the phone ask him questions & stuff maybe he will come 'round !

Your first reaction was correct. If talking to him often is painful for you, you may want to try talking to him less. Find someone else. I'm sure there are plenty of guys that would love to date you!
