I'm working on developing a relationship with him, he doesn't know that I know he has feelings for me or that I have feelings for him. I don't want to push him away. What are some things I don't want to do, things that might push him away?

(I'm somewhat introverted myself, but I don't know how guys think so please help me out here!)

its not what you should not do but what you should do... since he is shy, try to almost always start the conversation and let him know that you are interested in him... this will help him feel at ease with you whenever you are around... this will also help you get closer to him... guys like to be pursued, sometimes, just like women... so, just take it slow, try to get to know him, let him know you are interested by a little flirting, and so on... i am a very shy guy myself who finds it hard to approach women... it is easier for me if the woman starts the conversation... it would make me much more comfortable... hope this helps...

I'm a shy guy. Shy enough to were it took me 41/2 months to ask this girl out from work...
But, I'll try and help you. Just be yourself when your with him. Take no offense, but try and not talk to much. Now, most guys should take interest in you no matter how much they talk or not if they feel they have a strong feeling torwards you.
But yeah, just keep you're conversations straight forward. Go out and do something you both enjoy so you don't feel awkard.
Or go on a group date? Gather friends you know of his, and yours that he knows to go out and play basketball or go watch a movie. Going out as a group together and when ya'll know eachother. That certainly eases the butterflys.
I guess I didn't really help you in the department of "Not doing things around a shy guy"
But just some things to do to make him un-shy as time rolls past.
Good luck!

1) Don't let him know that you went out to party past days. He'll suffer, he may think many things about that parties.
2) Don't go around with the girl and the boy that he doesn't like as a friend for him and for you.
3) Don't act like a crazy girl, doing stupid things, trying to give the impression that your living your life as nobody does. Be normal, even shy. He'll love that.
4)Don't try to be arrogant.
5)Don't talk too much. If you talk, talk about funny things. Don't be a clown either.
6) Do not have pity of him, instead of that, love him.
7)Do not compare him with others.
---Last suggestion: Be moderate in all the things you do---.

Well me being a shy guy myself, if you know he likes you, then try to hint that you like him subtaly. Dont hang all over him but on occasion give him a friendly hug when you see him, if he seems really nervous when you do that, dont worry, its just because he dosnt want you to know he likes you. I find the one reason i have problems in relationships is because the girls i like become my closest friends and i dont want to risk telling them how i feel and pushing them away because they dont feel the same way.

hope this helps

Most shy guys dont like women who come on too strong. For example, the first time on the phone talk about making a porn movie together... Or to call someone up ask him to stay the night even though you haven't met.

Just common sense stuff. Otherwise, it's probably pretty hard to scare him off.

dont instantly tell him you love him, want to marry him and have 5 kids with him. LOL that will scare most guys shy or not.

Dont be overly whiny or bossy or annoying.

Let your true personality shine and you will feel him slowly opening himself up to you.

P.S. This is how most guys are scared off.. shy or outgoing.. be careful though and never try to be someone you arent.

If he's a blusher, don't point it out. Most guys who blush are self-conscious about it.
