I find it madening sometimes. Specialy when people mock us and mocks God and Jesus. I have no problem when they test what we believe, but it angers me when they make fun of what we believe. It's look like their belief holds much either. What they need to understand that we believe in faith, not in facts, but facts were also found and have proven what we believe. I wonder how God feels when he sees all this madening junk down here. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness, and I've seen people here that will surely go to hell because of that.
It might be just me, but I doubt it.

I'm not trying to be judgemental here, and I know that some christian do the same things to other religions, we aren't blameless of this same junk.
But what I've seen is that evolution is just as much a faith as any other religion. It's a theory, no one was there to prove it. Anyways, why am I getting into evolution?
I'm not mad, it just frustrates me.
God have mercy on us.

yes, because they call us stupid and close minded, but yet ask us the same annoying questions...like "why do you believe?" what answer are they looking for?! Yes! We don't have concrete proof, so what...that's why it's called our "faith". We have faith that's why we believe....it's our "religion". A person isn't stupid for being spiritual in something one cannot disprove OR prove. But they can call us simple minded all they want...because what does what they say matter?nothing. Christians know what they feel in their heart is real, we just don't need proof, and others will never get proof because they'll most likely never know that feeling. They seem so secure in themselves to disprove what cannot be disproven. Most of them are never so outspoken in the "real" world though,it's ok to tear people down behind a computer.

Sorry that you are taking the mocking personally, sounds like you may be having some heart felt doubt that is causing you some pain.
Just know that Atheists find it just as frustrating trying to reason with Christians who are willing to throw away scientific proof and an huge amount of data and education for an emotional 'faith' response.
Imagine trying to to tell someone that the moon wasn't made out of cheese, but that is was made out of rock and space dust, and their response is that they can 'feel' it is made out of cheese and that their parents told them it was cheese. And if what you are saying about astronauts bringing back rock samples is true, then the astronauts must be lying, and all the scientists who have spend their entire lives studying the moon are also wrong, because they have faith that it is cheese.
That is what we go through on a daily basis, but in the end we keep coming back, must be masochists.

I agree. Its like you have one christian based question and they go on the attack. You know when they ask questions I answer as politely as I can. But I guess that's the difference. We have this wonderful savior in our hearts and they don't. I think that they are afraid of what they can't understand. I mean if your not afraid of something than you walk on by and don't say a thing, but when you are afraid you scramble. I think that's what the deal is here, they have to justify in there minds over and over again that God's not real. There afraid of us, whether they want to admit it or not. There afraid that if they let there guard down that we might just hit then where it hurts. There heart.

I get frustrated as well over the lack of respect there is mocking everyone. You can't say that it's only toward Christians because they do it too! Regardless of religion or beliefs everyone mocks everyone on here. As for the rest of it I can't comment if you look at my answers to other questions you will see why. Just think your judging things you shouldn't judge if you believe what you say you believe.

It used to make me mad a lot but I have learned to ignore for the most part the stupid comments and things and focus on the important matters presented here. Keep your anger in check because " Mans wrath does not bring about the righteous life God desires." If you are getting really frusterated take a break and come back later.

"Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness, and I've seen people here that will surely go to hell because of that."
Wow, your God is really petty and self-absorbed. Hasn't he ever heard that "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me?" Many people know how to shrug off insults. Why can't God?
Why do you worship a being who is willing to resort to eternal damnation as punishment for something so trivial?

How can someone type this
" I've seen people here that will surely go to hell because of that."
And not expect to be ridiculed?
You notice how passive aggressive that is? That's asking for a terse response
I have a hard time respecting anyone who believes in such a silly, silly concept. You might believe it, but to me it's so childish it's laughable.
If someone here told you that since you are an unbeliever you were going to feel the wrath of Zeus, would you respect them?
I respect your right to believe whatever you want, I do not however have to respect the belief itself.

because that at the same time as are questions and solutions on the concern of religion and Spirituality constrained to those who believe? So what's going to be the point of an "Atheist" area? seems fairly redundant to me. What next, non-electorate no longer allowed to participate in vote casting and Elections?

Here's the deal.
If you look at some of the profiles of these blasphemers, you'll see that many of them spend HOURS here mocking us.
Now, in order to do that, you either have to have a screw loose, or really have a serious ax to grind ... or both.
Basically, these are just hurting people. Why else would they spend precious hours of their LIMITED LIFE (remember, we have eternity, but they, in their own mind have only years) here doing this pointless work?
My advice, don't waste your time throwing your pearls before swine, but if you find the opportunity, keep spreading the good news. IT NEVER RETURNS VOID!
