It's such a ridiculous allegation to make. Have you ever played in a casino with a Shufflemaster on the table? How do you know that's not rigged?
I think there are way more important things to worry about in life. But I refuse to believe that any of the major sites where pro-players hang out is rigged. All it would take is one disgruntled former employee to go to the media with proof and the story would break all over the world and the site would risk closure. Why take that risk when you can make billions playing fair?

No i must say that on-line poker is not a set-up. Bad Beats and suck-out happen all the time in real casinos, as much as they do on-line. I just lost a huge pot with jacks full, to queens full on the river in a real casino the other day, so bad beats happen on-line and in real brick and mortar casinos all the time. Can You imagine what would happen if people found out that on-line poker was a set-up? No one would ever play again, plus the fact that these sites make millions of dollars every day from just playing fair, say's to me that you are just on a bad run right now. But you do have looser players on-line and you also play more hands per hour on-line as well, so it may seem like your taking more bad beats then you really are. But no internet poker is not a set-up at all.

When playing online you always have some jerk who will call you all the way to the river with an inside straight or flush draw. This doesn't happen very often (if at all) in a live game.
So, is it rigged? No!
Do the majority of players online play like morons? YES!

They make so much money on the rake why would they rig some games and get greedy? We are talking about millions each week they make with over 75,000 people playing there nightly. Not being sarcastic at all but they have no need to rig the game and it would be very stupid on their part if they even tried it.

Sometimes i think so too. It happens to me alot with my hand dominating someone else's and some river card busts me. However, holdem has a lot of luck involved, thats why its called gambling. Pokerstars wouldn't gain much from rigging it either. The money you lost goes to another person, not pokerstars itself. They already get a shitload of money off rake.

LOL, so often bad players yell "RIGGED!!!" when they lose. It's not rigged. Instead take a good hard look at your playing style. If you want to improve then buy some good books on poker strategy, or instead cut your losses and find a less expensive game to play.

I'd love to tell you that it is rigged and they have robots playing against you that you can't beat, but that's not true. Bad beats happen in real life and on-line. They happen more often on-line because you play so many more hands per hour than in real life. Keep playing on-line and I wish you the best of luck!
