Real food or microwave meals? Most pasta takes 10 minutes for the water to heat and another to boil.

Tuna salad
Vegetable salad
Stir fry (if ingredients are prepped in refrigerator)
Grilled sandwiches, cheese or meat
Quick frittata

If you make dinner the night before you can just microwave the leftovers, add a salad and run!

Eggs (fried, poached, scrambled, omelettes) are the easiest. Burgers, hot dogs, thin pieces of boneless, skinless chicken can be ready in the same amount of time (grill, broil or stovetop). Thin steaks (less than 3/4 inch thick) will be medium in 10 minutes. Grilled sandwiches cook fast (grilled cheese, rueben sandwiches, etc).

Cook some fresh pasta (Doesn't matter which really). While doing that, quickly fry up some small bits of bacon and mushrooms. When cooked put them into the cooked and drained pasta then add pesto.

Dead easy and tastes great.

Mrs. T's Perogies - Bring water to a boil, toss in frozen perogies, boil for 3-4 minutes. Serve.
They're even better with a jar of Alfredo sauce on top.

Frozen Tortellinis - Same as above for cooking instructions. Heat up jarred spaghetti, alfredo or pesto sauce and toss with the cooked tortellinis. YUM.
