Okay so I had lap-band may 11. I went in for my 1st fill monday. I found out some how I managed to pop 3 of the 4 stitches holding my port in place. Now I have to go through a surgery to sew my port back down monday... Has this happened to anyone? What type of anestesia should I do? It is a 20 min surgery. I am not thrilled. Kinda bummed... Any advice or help?

This hasn't happened to me personally, but it is a common complication of the surgery itself. Don't worry about it, and just take local anesthetic if possible or twilight sleep.

May just want to do twilight sleep, general anestesia is very risky.
