Maybe I am just meeting these guys at the wrong places.....
But it seems like there are only 2 types of guys I meet. One type are the ones that barely know you and are in a rush to be in a relationship with you. The other are the guys that just want to play and lead you on. Are there any guys in the middle that can just go with the flow of thing and let things happen when they are right?

There are plenty of guys "in the middle", but a lot of women will just attach a label when things don't go perfectly. Patience and honesty are the keys to any successful relationship, if you have both, something good will evolve. The "player" mentality exists in every man, but usually as a defense mechanism so they don't have to risk anything emotionally.

Ask yourself the question, where are you meeting these guys? What is the actual type of person you want to meet? What type of personalty do they need to have? Should they be golfers, fishing enthusiast, sports minded, business men, or laborers, farmers, or construction workers. There are so many backgrounds left unsaid, such as the Military, Police, and the medical field. Ok you got a selection of people recommended to choose from. Select one or two, and find out where these people go for entertainment and go there and see what happens. What ever you don't be too obvious that you are looking, and make sure you have a friend along so that you wont look like a cat looking for a mouse. Public dance halls, bowling alleys, sport events, decent restaurants, beaches, and other public places like churches, and libraries come to mind for places you can check out. That is a start, and be selective, don't take the first guy you meet to be only person on the earth. Make sure you don't let yourself be taken in, duped into being so available that you will accept anyone. Good women are really hard to find. So be patient and selective. Good Luck.
