I think Iran will be attacked before Bush leaves office. It won't be an invasion and occupation, but Bush will bomb the crap out of any and every nuclear site we can find.
Perhaps some special forces will be dropped in to hardened underground facilities to get in and blow them up as well.
But we won't be mired in there like we are in Iraq.

Perhaps that question should be on the next ballot. It would be interesting to see which country the voters would chose.
I might vote for Mexico. So many of their people are here that there would be little resistance to our invasion. We would gain a fortune in natural resources, excellent ports on the Gulf and Pacific, fantastic resorts, and......oh, yes! OIL

Whoever dare challenges the mighty United States of America, I'd have to agree with your selection of Iran, it's their turn next. We now have irrefutible proof that Iran has been supplying taliban and al-qauda with weapons to hurt and kill our soldiers, so why not??? This is why America is looked at the way it is! Countries that at one time we could call a friend now worry that we may attack them. We are now thought of as "Being With US or Against Us" and if they have different opinions we may attack them. Is it any wonder we have lost our friends around the world?

Iran, very soon.It will be a tactical campaign though.Ahmadinejad does not have the support of the majority of his citizens or his military leaders if he taken out so it would be a very short conflict,a mass buildup of troops might not even be needed.

Iran is all bluster; we are even negotiating for their assistance in stabilizing Iraq.
But, despite Bush's recent declaration that he will free Kosovo, I believe our armed forces are too stretched out to engage in another war.
Unless we drop the bomb...
