Everytime she goes to the restroom... she announces it! I have to go pee. I don't care!
She takes her teeth out in front of me. We work in a semi-casual/professional setting but not that casual. GROSS!!!
And she's constantly clearing her sinuses. You know the sound I'm talking about. The one that sounds like you're about to hawk a loogey.

I'm going to scream!!!

But the pay & benefits are awesome & the work too easy. I can't quit... I have a 5 year old to raise.

What should I do??

Now she's talking to herself. She just said, " Son of a biscuit eater!" aloud. Oh no!

If the pay is that good, then grin and bear it. Maybe offer her a piece of taffy.

Ask her if she has a sinus condition. go armed with all possible knowledge. Then just tell her it sure is hard for you to listen to it because it worries you and make her promise you to go to the doctor. She might actually do something if she thinks someone cares.
For the bathroom you could laugh and say Oh my God that is exactly what my 5 year old says! We are trying to get her to say she is just going to the restroom, so people will think she is a big girl.
The teeth thing you will just have to be straight up honest and ask her if she didn't mind doing it away from you.

I was once accused in a workplace of leaving my post (a bank teller desk) to go chit-chat with employees in another park of the bank. As a result, I became self-conscious about leaving my post, and started telling people exactly where I was going, which led to me telling people when I was going to the bathroom. Someone cured me of THAT habit by telling me "That's OK, we don't need the details."

The rest...not much you can do without getting into behavior that could be construed at discrimanatory.

I always get myself in trouble not just going with the flow of
the office but I would say its not necessary to update me
everytime you need to use the ladies room!!! Taking her
teeth OUT omg I would say - I wish you would do that in the
ladies room it makes me want to throw up. Sinus snorting
noise I would make a pretend barf sound.

it may just be best to be upfront about some things. tell her that you feel uncomfortable when she removes her teeth. next time she starts clearing her sinuses ask her if she is sick. when she says no ask her if she has ever considered medication to help with her sinus problems. if she doesn't get the hint ask her to stop doing it around you because hearing it makes you want to toss your cookies. grin and bear it next time she announces she has to go pee, or verbally acknowlegde her announcement and hope she realizes what she is doing.

you: "maybe you should see the doctor about your sinus infection"
her: "i don't have a sinus infection"
you: "yes you do. i can smell it and so can everyone else."
her: super embarrassed

her: "i have to go pee"
you: "let me know how it turns out"
"wait a minute. i have to poo first" (stick up the place on purpose)
"do you have a bladder problem?"
"i don't care"

next time she takes her teeth out give her a tube of poligrip and say something like " you NEED this. do i need to SHOW you how to use it?". don't ask her anything about why she does it. simply let her know it is unacceptable behavior like you would a child.

Be very polite and tell her that you don't feel comfortable with her doing that around you, if she could please use the ladies room whenever she needs to do that.

I am sure if you are polite she wont be able to be rude to you. Yes she might feel a little embarrassed but if it solved the problem then you'll be fine.

Good Luck

eeeewwww that is SO gross. why dont people have any manners? is she telling you or just in general telling the room?
as far as the sinus thing, you can be polite and offer her a tissue or you can be like me and ask her if she'd mind doing that on one of her many trips to the loo.
xoxo
