At first I'm sitting in a park on vacation in D.C.. Then a car pulls up with urgency and ushers me inside. Two security officers are inside telling me how sorry they are about the situation. I have no idea what they are talking about. We pull up to a hospital, go in, ride the elevator for what seems like an eternity. Next we enter a room where former president George Bush is lying in a bed. I'm in awe that I'm in this room. They are acting like I know him. All of the sudden the president is in the bed & standing next to me simotaneously. Casually he looks at me and says, "Guess I'm dead". I rememeber feeling extreme sadness, & grief. That is what woke me.

Anyway...What does it mean if anything? Note: I was to young to really remember him as president. Please no political jokes. Just wondering if anyone else dreams about people they don't know.

I think your subconcious is telling you that you are not using some talent or intelligence in waking life.

Are you being "held back" at work or school when you know you could be reaching higher? Is there a talent you have that is "dying" or going unused?

I say this because your dream seems to say
1-that you know you are important,
2-everyone around you in the dream thinks you are important, 3-your were needed for something in the dream,
4-going up an elevator signifies higher planes of thought,
5-and the grief you felt goes along with the grief you would definitely feel in real life if you let whatever this talent or intelligence die- just like Bush dying.

So, what is it in you that is being stifled, unused or ignored that you know is exceptional?

This is a twisted connection to your childhood -- when everything was more simple (to you). Your childhood is ebbing, and you're worried about more & more responsibility -- and you connect Bush I to your own young life (which is the FIRST I've heard it).

(unless you fall asleep with CNN or C-SPAN on, or something? maybe Leno's interview with a candidate?) ...It means you're witnessing the "end of the republicans", as you know them. You think you can fight or stem this -- but it's frustrating to you that your early childhood times/reflections of innocence not only don't connect -- although you want them to, which is why you're ushered to his side, and you KNOW all about the timing of your childhood being a 12-yr period of GOP rule from Reagan to Bush I.

You think the Presidency can right the wrongs, if it were kept and run by the GOP - by you can't seem to save it. You know it's dying, and you want it saved -- but are you going to choose the Savior? Who is it?

If you're not a fan of George Dubyah Bush but of the first George Bush than its probably saying that GWB killed the Bush name.

You read a book or saw a movie about Lincoln recently. Lincoln's death is on your mind, maybe because you thought it was extremely shocking and tragic. Because Lincoln was on your mind but he lived so long ago that you can't relate to him or his time, your mind substituted a more recent statesman for your dream.

All I will tell you is this. You have been given supernatural insight to some future events. It does not mean you will actually be there, but God is showing you something in the near future.

Maybe you are related to him but don't know. I think the dream could mean that something very bad is going to happen to the president.
