Who can possibly know? When we enter heaven, we will be perfect and our thoughts and emotions will no longer be human.

Although I would be sad to know right now that my loved ones were doomed to an eternity in the Lake of Fire - the Bible teaches that there is no sadness in heaven. We have the joy of being in the presence of our Lord, an eternal joy with no end, a joy that is beyond the level of our comprehension here on earth, because there is nothing to compare it to. Conversely, hell is eternal suffering and torment, beyond what we can comprehend here.

I am guessing that my reaction would be joy that Jesus died for me and I accepted him as my Savior - and that although my loved ones would go to hell, that they had at least had the opportunity. I cannot control whether or not they are saved.

Many people have lost loved ones who didn't know Christ. Some people argue that people in Heaven won't know Hell exists. But this would make Heaven's joy dependent on ignorance, which is nowhere taught in Scripture.

So, how could we enjoy Heaven knowing that a loved one is in Hell? J. I. Packer offers an answer that's difficult but biblical:

God the Father (who now pleads with mankind to accept the reconciliation that Christ's death secured for all) and God the Son (our appointed Judge, who wept over Jerusalem) will in a final judgment express wrath and administer justice against rebellious humans. God's holy righteousness will hereby be revealed; God will be doing the right thing, vindicating himself at last against all who have defied him. . . . (Read through Matt. 25; John 5:22-29; Rom. 2:5-16, 12:19; 2 Thess. 1:7-9; Rev. 18:1-19:3, 20:11-35, and you will see that clearly.) God will judge justly, and all angels, saints, and martyrs will praise him for it. So it seems inescapable that we shall, with them, approve the judgment of persons-rebels-whom we have known and loved.

In Heaven, we will see with a new and far better perspective. We'll fully concur with God's judgment on the wicked. The martyrs in Heaven call on God to judge evil people on Earth (Revelation 6:9-11). When God brings judgment on the wicked city of Babylon, the people in Heaven are told, "Rejoice over her, O heaven! Rejoice, saints and apostles and prophets! God has judged her for the way she treated you" (Revelation 18:20).

I would tell them I love them and keep my head high as I enter the gates of heaven. They should have followed Allah's (God's) commandments and lived a wholesome life by always doing what is right and taking care of each other. It wouldn't be my fault they were going there, why should I suffer for the rest of my afterlife? I worked hard to make it there.

I'm a pure agnostic. So tough chances of my getting to heaven unless the maybe/maybe not God wanted to knock some sense into me.

But if I did get there I'd be real jealous of my loved ones(that is hypotheses, I got no loved ones) 'cause I've always fancied Lucifer.I'd say, "Well! Just my luck". :(

When you go to Heaven, any of your loved ones that go to hell will be erased from your mind, it will be like they never existed, but now the ones in hell will remember you, and in some cases, curse you for not telling them about salvation, and about that horrible place. So now is the time, now go, and if you have to, cram it in them.

Unfortunately, Ari, that will be the majority case.

But God will reveal everything that happened in secret, the case will be thoroughly studied. Everyone will know exactly why individuals did not make it.

They will know that God did everything He could to save them, even becoming a human, suffering temptations yet without sin, and then SUFFERING THE PENALTY for you sins.

All your lost friends and relatives have traded eternity on a cheap market, but Heaven is a wonderful place, and life will go on. We won't brood on the past but hope for a glorious eternity.

God repeats His plan of redemption in a secret Bible code and identifies Antichrist. Select http://abiblecode.tripod.com

Hmmm... How did I get here in the middle of the Great White Throne judgement? I must've read something wrong. Oh well. What? My loved ones are going to hell? I tried to warn them about that.

I would be sad,, but I also know that they have heard about the word of God,, and its their choice to make,, But really if I am in Heaven,, I don't think it will matter... because I am in Heaven...I would be more sad if I was still here on earth and they passed away without coming to Christ first,, that would be sad...

its not a fact that one in heaven would receive such information... and its a greater possibility the believer before dying would have prayed for all family members, having assurance concerning them also entering into heaven

Since my twin brother thinks he's going to heaven even though he's possibly the biggest rebel on the face of this planet, I'd have to say "I told you so".
