I am 15 going on 16 years old. I will be leaving in one week exactly to El Paso.
I have a passport and birth certificate. My mother called an uncle I have in Juarez to come pick me up at the El Paso Intl. Airport. We will be crossing by land.

Will they let me cross without a consent letter?

Can I come back without any problems ?

I have called the Child International Travel, but they were really rude and didn't listen to all of my concerns.

thank you very much.

You can cross just fine with your passport, you don't need your birth certificate and really shouldn't be carrying it.

Have you mom give your uncle a notarized letter stating that it's OK for him to have custody of you for those specific dates just to be safe.

As long as you have your passport you will be fine but to be sure i would tell your mother to write a letter stating that your uncle
(his name will go there)is to see that you get across the border safely. Make sure that your mom gets the letter
notarized or it will be useless.
