That would be God's Laws. As Jesus gave us the model, when an attempted trick turned into a lesson. When asked about paying taxes, Jesus said, "Pay Ceasaer's things to Ceasaer, but God's things to God." This indicated obeying man's laws until they are in conflict with God's law. Then we must obey God.

No one is above the law of the land. Even the legislators have to abide by it, which is why it was called a "law" because it applies to all, otherwise, noone at all.

Nobody is above the law of the land. Christ has told us that we are render to Ceaser what is Ceaser's. In the modern language, it's "Obey the laws of the land you live in."
Christ has told us that we are to be good citizens, in addition to spreading the gospel.
