My Internet provider firewalls the connection, so that I cannot use any software that use to download torrent files. Is it possible to download torrent files without these softs? And also, is it possible to download torrent files with Internet browser softwares? What should I do?

Note: I don't use any firewall by myself(not even Windows firewall). Also I can download files with Bearshare, but cannot use Limewire.

No, but you can turn on "random port" and "encrypted stream" in uTorrent in order to disguise your traffic from filtering/throttling proxies...

You can try Opera, it's a web browser that natively handles bittorrent files and are able to open them without any aid of an external bittorrent client. It's actually a BitTorrent client in itself. Grab the portable version of Opera and install it on your USB stick.

not at all, you can get the startup files but ultimately you will need a torrent, i recommend uTorrent because its a standalone .exe file and you can run it on school/business/restricted computer
