i broke up with my boyfriend a week ago becoz i didnt think it was working out- but now i realise i still love him now he's gone but im not sure if he loves me back- how can i get my point across and tell if he likes me more than a friend?

You need to swallow your pride and call him.
Lay it out on the line, say you have feelings for him and you are sorry for breaking up with him (have a reason why ready cause he will want to know) and be prepared for him to not return your feelings.
It probably hurt him that you left, and he may give you another shot but if he doesn't then that is a risk you take.
Have the stones to stand up and admit you made a mistake, he will respect you for that even if nothing else happens.
In the end my dear life is too short to look back and wonder what might have been seize the day.

you just need to be open and honest with your ex and tell him how you feel. Tell him that you want him back and hopefully you can get the response that you want. If he doesn't feel the same way, then ask him if you all can still be friends at least.

You'd be best to just pluck up the courage and sit down and discuss it direct with him. Theres no point in beating about the bush with him. Tell him straight up your reasons and how you feel etc and it should sort things.

Of course he likes you more than a friend! You dated him! Listen, I'm a 25 yr. old guy, and I always date women older than me. Wait 4 weeks, don't call him, don't text him, don't hang out with him, THEN if you still have feelings for him, give it a go.

How about by asking him. Say something like, "Hey, I screwed up and want us to be together if it's not too late." Being straight in a relationship is always the best policy.

sorry sweety the ball is in your court. You can not play the "does he like me does he not games." When you dump someone that is telling them you don't like them. He is thinking 'well she just wants to be friends." So even if he does like you, he is not going to act on it because he believes you don't like him.
The only way to win him back is to tell him what you told us, you have to say "I'm sorry I want you back." Maybe he will take you, maybe he won't. But when you dump someone and then want them back YOU have to be clear as to what you want.

if you guys are really serious and you love eachother, then you'll get back together and it'll be no problem. but if he's resisting, it means he's not going to be there for you when you need him the most (i.e., right now!) and it'll never work.
