Well, I don't care, though it does feel odd to think about that because we've all been taught to see everyone as Caucasian. Anyone wonder what else we take for granted without a second thought? Hmm? No, of course not... you don't wonder...
Anyway, it's hypocritical for Christians to accept science on some matters but not others.

I think that it is a definite possibility. I would have to read on it more. I know that the human race began in that area and then migrated. interesting.
however I don't know about the Adam and Eve part. I don't think they existed. Unless you need a name for the people who evolved from there. It could be Bob and Ethel too.

His conclusions are correct, though some of his reasoning may be wrong. Black skin could have come from light ancestors via mutation. However, genetic evidence strongly suggests that all modern humans (homo sapiens) can trace their ancestry to Africa about 170,000 years ago. Light skin is thought to be an evolutionary adaptation to lower sunlight levels, enabling northern peoples to produce sufficient vitamin D3.

I figure they're probably right, given the area where Adam and Eve probably lived. I think people also need to realize that Jesus was not a Caucasian as so many of our Western images depict him.
